Device Board is the area where you can view and manage all player (device) information registered in the system. This panel lists important information such as device status, platform information, IP addresses and last access time.

1. General Information

At the top of the panel, you will find summary information about the devices:


  • Total Players: Displays the total number of registered devices in the system.

  • Licensed Players: Shows the number of available licenses.

  • Active Players: Indicates the number of currently active devices.

  • Pending Players: Devices that have not yet been activated or are in the setup process.

  • Inactive Players: Devices that are not in use or turned off.

  • Expired License Players: Devices whose license has expired.

  • Total Media: The number of media files stored in the system.

  • Total Media Lists: The total number of created media lists.

  • Disk Capacity Status: Displays the used and available disk space as a percentage.

2. Device List

The table below lists all registered devices in the system:

A red icon indicates that the device is offline.Last Access TimeDisplays the last time the device connected to the system.Platform Software VersionIndicates the software version of the platform running on the device.LocationShows the physical location of the device.Company NameDisplays the company or organization the device belongs to.DashboardA link to the detailed page for the device.

You can access the detailed page of the relevant player by clicking the eye icon in the Dashboard section on the far right.

There are five tabs under the player dashboard;

  • Details of Player
  • Broadcast
  • Device Commands
  • Inventory
  • Tasks
  • Alarms
Details of Player
This part includes four sections; player status, player information, performance data, and player settings.
If there are pending downloads or any alarms, the icons become clickable, allowing you to see the details by clicking them. Examples are provided below.

Broadcast

This part includes three sections; theme, schedule, and broadcast details.
You can view the details of the schedule by clicking the 'Details' button on the left.
Device Commands
You can find the commands in this section for device, app and broadcast.
Tasks
In the task section, you can view pending download tasks. You can then use a filter to select a specific period, and completed or failed tasks within that time frame will be listed below.
Alarms

There are five different types of alarms:

  • Connection Alarm
  • Download Alarm
  • Device Startup Alarm
  • Device Shutdown Alarm
  • Device Working Days Alarm

You can filter by alarm type to view a more focused list.
