How to Create a Meeting?

To create a meeting, click on the 'Meeting Schedule' button in the Schedule section.

Then, fill in the required fields for Time, Location, and Features, and click the "Search" button.

From the filtered list of available rooms that match your search criteria, click the 'Book' button next to your preferred room.

On the next screen, fill in the required fields such as Subject, Description, Organizer, Meeting Reminder Time, and Number of Participants, then click the 'Save' button.

Once the meeting is added as specified, it will appear both as a list and in your calendar on the homepage, as shown below.


Meetings are displayed in different colors based on their status: Approved, Canceled, Pending Approval, Not Approved, Checked-in, Checked-out, and Not Checked-in.
How to Edit a Created Meeting?
To view the details of a created meeting, click the "Show" button.

On the next screen, you can see the details of the meeting.

To edit the meeting, click the "Edit" button.

A screen will appear where you can modify the meeting details. After making the necessary changes, click the "Save" button.

To delete the meeting, select it and choose the "Delete" option.
